WARM ONION DIP Warm French onion dip with Andouille sausage and mozzarella cheese, baked and served hot with tortilla chips.

TOMATO BISQUE tomato based soup with cream, pesto, and balsamic vinaigrette.
PORT AND PEPPERCORN FRENCH ONION SOUP Carmelized onions with beef stock and port wine. This soup has a peppery bite to it. We baked a very large serving in a cast iron crock with melted cheese on a crouton raft.
CAESAR SALAD WITH BAKED PHYLLO POUCH
Classic caesar salad using romaine lettuce parmesan cheese, croutons, and caesar dressing. To this we add a phyllo pouch stuffed with lemon, pepper, garlic, and cream cheese and bake it to a flaky golden brown. then serve warm on the salad.
SHRIMP SPINACH SALAD Lightly grilled and seasoned jumbo shrimp are served on baby spinach leaves with a white wine and shallot vinaigrette.

PASTA Angel hair pasta with baby clams, whole mussels, sage, white wine, lemon, tomatoes, garlic butter, and artichokes.
CHICKEN Seasoned and sautéed chicken breast finished with chardonnay, cream, lemon, and thyme.
SALMON Seared salmon fillet glazed with soy , lime , and garlic.
STEAKS Beef tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry with a smooth blue cheese stuffing and port wine reduction.
