    PORT AND PEPPERCORN FRENCH ONION SOUP Selections of cheese will rotate based on availability. A variety of cow, sheep, and goat cheeses will be offered nightly.

  • Carmelized onions with beef stock and port wine. This soup has a peppery bite to it. We baked a very large serving in a cast iron crock with melted cheese on a crouton raft.

  • Classic caesar salad using romaine lettuce parmesan cheese, croutons, and caesar dressing. To this we add a phyllo pouch stuffed with lemon, pepper, garlic, and cream cheese and bake it to a flaky golden brown. then serve warm on the salad. $8.95
