    • PORT AND PEPPERCORN FRENCH ONION SOUP Carmelized onions with beef stock and port wine. This soup has a peppery bite to it. We baked a very large serving in a cast iron crock with melted cheese on a crouton raft.

    • CAESAR SALAD WITH BAKED PHYLLO POUCH Classic caesar salad using romaine lettuce parmesan cheese, croutons, and caesar dressing. To this we add a phyllo pouch stuffed with lemon, pepper, garlic, and cream cheese and bake it to a flaky golden brown. then serve warm on the salad.
